Morningside Commons is a 166 unit condominium community located on Royal Road within walking distance of the vibrant downtown of Brattleboro, VT.

The Community is comprised of five “Phases” with between 28 and 38 condominiums per Phase. There are 36 townhouses with 966 square feet in Phase 1, with two bedrooms, and 1-1/2 baths. Phases 2 and 3 are all townhouse units with 1056 square feet per unit, two bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, and patios in the rear of the units. Phase 4 is a mix of townhouses and single-level units with 1072 and 1139 square feet depending on type of unit. The units in Phase 4 have covered entrances and decks, and some units have basements. Phase 5 has 28 units with townhouses and one-level units which are between 1056 and 1096 square feet depending on the type of unit. Phases 2, 3 4 and 5 have carports.

Morningside Commons is surrounded by woods and/or cemetery property which provide maximum privacy for each home. The community has a large outdoor swimming pool and private tennis courts, and is surrounded by walking trails. All buildings have vinyl siding and the landscaping is attractive and well-cared.
